We Want Your Input: 2nd Draft of the District's Core Beliefs

As part of our work on the District Comprehensive Improvement Plan, the Board of Education has revised the 1st draft of our new Core Beliefs that will be used to guide us in our future planning and policy development. They have also revised our District Mission and created a District Vision. Please review the Core Beliefs, Mission, and Vision and forward your feedback to us by Friday, August 26. We plan to share our current draft, as well as our District Comprehensive Improvement Plan at our September 6 Board Meeting as well as at our Superintendent’s Conference Days.

You can provide feedback to the district by sending an e-mail to Kathy Houghton, Superintendent, at khoughton@newyorkmills.org or to Paula Ann May, District Clerk at pmay@newyorkmills.org. Please include the name of the document (Core Beliefs, or Mission, and/or Vision) in the subject line of the email when making your recommendations.

Thank you for your input as we work together to improve the academic achievement of our K-12 students.
